As a small team; flexibility, innovation and collaboration are key elements in our business strategy. We all share the desire to create a culture of self-determination. Therefore, trusting one another and collectively measuring performance based on what we deliver, is a key ingredient for success.  This has translated into an environment where we support and learn from one another, operate without a hierarchy, provide flexibility for different working styles and needs, and set our own salaries and work hours.

We also recognise that our physical working environment would play a key role in our ability to deliver on our goals. Serendipitously, an opportunity arose in early 2015 to set up our office in leafy Ivanhoe. This choice meant that we could create an office in a former residence on the grounds of a historic home. Coupled with access to beautiful gardens, including a prolific fruit and vegie garden, off-the-grid energy supply, and a resident tawny frogmouth family, it meets our needs in every way.

We believe that this style of operating will enable us to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and partners, and create change in the community. Our goal is to support organisations and investors in planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, communicating and enhancing programs that seek to have a positive impact. We are committed to helping organisations maximise, understand, measure and communicate the impact of their work.
